This section of the website is being assembled for serious students, their lecturers and others who are involved in developing the topic.

The 1990s saw the Government wake up to environmental issues and one initiative centred upon Further and Higher Education. There was to be emphasis on the environment within course content. Professor Shirley Ali Khan wrote "Greening the Curriculum" in 1991, hence this page title.

The date is wrong at the top of this page because this site is not used as a conventional blog. 

On 14 March 2010, external links have been added relating to what people are doing to improve the quality of food used in their homes.
